Come be a part of one of the fastest growing events in the horse industry! Team Sorting is a fun event for all
riders and is catching on in popularity.

Our Practice sorts provide a great opportunity to practice and improve your skills. Beginners are welcome too!
No need to bring a teammate (although we always love more riders). We will randomly pair you up with a different partner each round…but you are welcome to request a partner too, we’re easygoing like that.

Team Sorting is 2-man teams in a figure ‘8’ style pen. You will have 90 seconds to sort 10 numbered cattle from one pen to the other in the correct order…if you screw up keep playing, that’s why it’s called a practice.

You will need a broke horse who is comfortable around cows and has a willing attitude. No need for something super fancy.

Plan to help with setup starting at 10:30am, then when we're done feel free to warm up your horse. We need help setting pens and numbering cattle so we can get started at 12pm.

Optional equipment: O-Ring snaffle bit, running martingale, and cavesson/noseband.
