How is availability determined?

Please note, this is not an exclusive reservation. We allow up to 3 riders plus trainer in the arena at any given time.

All riders must have an online profile.

We require you to be on your own horse with your own equipment.

Only two horses per person in the arena at any given time.

Absolutely no dogs in the arena. They must be on a leash outside of the arena. We prefer they be left home.

We require at least $25 of in-house credit be on your account.

If we have to pick up your horses manure, remove barrels/poles or turn off lights after you leave, it is $10 per instance. If we have to adjust invoice due to mis-count of horses or people, its the difference plus $10. We will only adjust a couple times before disabling account. Otherwise, have fun and be safe. Thanks
